U-Pack is one of the cheapest cross country moving companies that exist. This is mostly due to the fact that you have to pack your items yourself. They drop off the container, you pack your items, they ship them to your new location, you unpack your items, and they pick the container back up. However, if you doing a really large cross country move, U-Pack might not work for you.
